Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
It sounds like that the unit just needs a thorough cleaning around the roller and print head area's.
This is a common problem with just about all printers, fax machines etc.
When ink gets on the rollers and starts to dry it's stays tacky causing all the paper that goes through it to wrinkle up as you have described.
Another thing to look out for is foreign objects around the feed and exit tray.
Rubbing alcohol is an excellent form of cleaner or if you haven't got rubbing alcohol a damp, warm, clean non lint cloth should suffice, take care when you are cleaning the unit not to knock anything out of place.
