Question about Poulan Pro 22" Self Propelled High Wheel Mower
It was working fine then it lost some power and is running rough. I though maybe the grass was too thick. Blowing some black smoke also. When I engage the blades it runs even rougher and with little power.
My immediate impression is that the float is "stuck open".
Pull the float-bowl, and check that:
a. the bowl and float are clean, and
b. the float moves freely, and
c. when it's in the "up" position, the flow of gas stops (which means that the needle is "seating" properly and doing its job)
