-   My daugter's Memorex MMP8564 Mp3 player does not work. When USB is plugged in we can view its library, but device will not power on and menu screen remains dark.-   DBKBMBLB

-   my mp3 won't turn on. It was perfectly fine until i tried to put new music in it. The music wouldn't transfer to it so i stopped it and found a new usb cord that was compatible to it. After i plugged it into the computer it wouldn't turn on. I unplugged it and it still won't turn on. I've had to replace my player twice now and just had some problems wit it in the last 2 months . -   My device is plugged into the usb port but does not turn on. Screen is dead. I disconnect from the computer and the device will not turn on when I press the menu button. What's up with that!-   Guest
