Exteranl display doesnt appear

I have a Compaq Presario F500 when i hook it up to my 19in lcd flat screen tv a\vol model it its says unsupported. it was working n the beginning then the screen turned red...now unsupported.

press Fn key along with the Key that marked monitor together
