1 Answer

When i turn on my nw-e107 it just simply turn on and off!

It stopped working, i turn it on, it reads some songs but when i press next track it turns off! when i plug it into the computer and run the SonicStage the error apears and SonicStage turns off.
Sometimes i cant even turn it on (the player). When i try to format it there is error : "Windows cant end up the formating process" :(
when i reinstall the devices and upgrade the SonicStage nothing happends.
i cant remove the tracks, or format my mp3. I think it is coused becouse i move into my mp3 palyer some files from the internet (mp3) that has some privacy ?? dont know. Please help me, i dont have any idee what to do next.

My NW-E107 stopped working. assistance?

Hardware issue (needs replacement) most likely, but:
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

File Error message

Sounds as if the players system is corrupt, you will either need to find factory reset or use the software that came with it to format the player.

I have the same problem. Sometimes mine just turns off, then back on plays for 1-2 seconds then turns off/on again, and does it about 4-5 times before freezing.

Memory Error

Have you tried formatting it using the MENU button? My NW-107 is also fried up: I don't have the memory error, but instead the player just freezes when i turn it on, sometimes it wouldn't even turn on
