Problem for Apple iPhone Smartphone

Have colne htc touch 3g. The sreen stop responding

I recently have a clone htc touch 3g. After almost a week, the screen appears an error message box and want ok click. The screens stop responding on my touch and do nothing. Only hard restart with no result only some actions with buttons and accidentally select the lock device and from then the ppc is locked. I try to flash it with ruu from pc. While in a progress, a message on the mobile wants confirmation to continue but I can’t click (touch) the mobile screen as is like dead. Appreciate any useful help. Andreas
