Try using print preview from the Excel or whatever spreadsheet program to make sure you have correctly selected the worksheet to print. If there is nothing found to print in the application, no print job is sent to the printer.
If that doesn't work, let us know what program you're printing from, what if any errors you get when you try to print, etc.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

When printing spreadheet with multiple pages despite asking to print full spreadsheet the printer prints page by page and the resume button needs to be pressen for each page to print

Make sure that the the spreadsheet print settings match the printer settings. They have to be the same, else the printer settings most likely take priority. So when your print window comes up click on the (printer) 'options' (top right corner) and set those options according to the spreadsheet

When i print from excel it is printing multiple pages instead one

check your print preview. Either Excel is set to print multiple copies or the spreadsheet is slightly bigger than a page. Fix the spreadsheet, this is likely not a printer issue.

I doubt any problems in the printer.

From your'e spreadsheet, Select printing range and print preview the sheet. If all appears on screen then print it.

Printing a spreadsheet

You should tell us your "Operating System, Spreadsheet Program and Printer" for us to give you a difinitive answer. Whithout this info I will attempt to give you a general answer.

In your spreadsheet program, go to "File" and select "Page Setup" and set your paper size and set your margines and Portrait/landscape option. Your spreadsheet display should show you the paper limits for printing each page. Adjust the columns to the paper size. Highlight all the columns and rows you want to print. Find the menu option to set print area and click it. Now the computer will send the paged information to the printer and print as many pages as needed to cover the print area.
