Question about Dell DJ Ditty MP3 Player
I charged the thing for about 4 hours and when I turned it on it said low battery and shut off. I tried resetting the mp3 player and it still didn't work. I've had a lot of problems with it but all were fixable, just this one problem angers me. Thanks!
disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume +
button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume +
button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds.
Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will
pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
