Question about Bose 3·2·1 II System
I bought the Bose 3.2.1 Home theatre in USA. Now I moved back to India. I mounted the home theatre in my home and found the left side speaker is not working. Even after the changing the speaker (Right to left & left to right), the left side speaker is not working.
I faced a similar problem once in USA. I fixed it during that time, but I forgot wat I did. Can some one help me to resolve this issue. Do we need to can an setting in the Bose?
If you swap the speakers and the dead one moves, than it is the amp that is missing a channel,in your case,it is the speaker.
if you try the good speaker in both speaker outputs,it should work on both to confirm the dead speaker theory.
there may be a broken wire in the speaker from shipping.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
