There are many reasons for this happening for example water leaking from a water supply line for the dispenser or ice maker, a crack in the defrost pan, water leaking inside and draining through the refrigerator cabinet, but most are cased by a defrost drain line blockage. Frigidaire side by side refrigerator is leaking water

I assume you are talking about water leaking from the freezer onto the floor. It is most likely that the defrost drain is blocked in the freezer causing the water to drain through the air vents. You will most likely have to remove the rear panel in the freezer and pour hot water in the drain trough until the drain clears up and the water drains down the drain tube.

Frigidaire refrigerator leaking

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that there is a frost build-up on the back wall of the freezer portion of your Frigidaire refrigerator. I also see that there is water leaking onto your floor from the front of your appliance. What you are describing is a possible frozen evaporator, and the freezer needs airflow to work properly. You need to completely defrost the freezer. If your appliance starts behaving normally after defrosting then you need to monitor it closely, as it will sometimes start frosting up again. If it does fail again then it's possible you have a defrost problem. Possibly the defrost heater, but can also possibly be the defrost timer or defrost sensor. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. If further troubleshooting is needed, please leave me your model number. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

Condensation building up under crizper drawers icing up somewhat and overflowing out onto floor.

Hello,

That water is from the melting frost of the automatic defrost cycle. Their is drain in the freezer behind the back wall under the evaperator coil that is blocked, so instead of defrost water draining it's pooling in the freezer or in some case espically on models with the freezer on the top,the water is leaking from the freezer vents into the fresh food compartment.
The way to clear the drain is remove back plate and remove all ice build up and GENTLY make a small hole in drain through then totally flush w/warm water.
The exact location of drain is under the coil behind back freezer plate in the center.

This picture may be a slightly different moldel that years but it shows where that drain is

Water is leaking in the bottom of the freezer, also coils are freezing up with ice, this problem is causing water to leak onto the floor from the freezer

when the cold coil is freezing up this is caused by a failed defrost system ( a bad heater or terminator . or the aditive defrost control . it also will freez the drain in the back of the freezer and this will cause the water to end up on the floor . . i would defrost the frig and repl the terminator . the heate is usualy good . and if problem comes back then replace the a d c . // the a d c pt # 241508001 and the terminator 5303918214 . this is a very common problem .. mm hope this helped and thanks for using fix ya ..

Defroster drain leaks into the main compartment

The drain hole is plugged. Probably with ice now. Needs to be fully defrosted with a heat gun or hairdryer, be sure drain is free by pouring hot water into it and seeing it get to the pan below the machine. If this persists you need to troubleshoot the automatic defrost circuit. Could be bad defrost timer.
