reset the settings on the projector to factory default. the resolution may not match. then press either function-f4 or function-f7 (each laptop has different buttons to activate the external monitor port).
in the menu option,under signal source , select option manual(deactivate auto search) & then connect inputs & try selecting each source from the remote If this does not work then the main board is at fault
you can try www.projectordoctor.com. if you don't see the link for it, scroll down to see if the model is the same as other brands. some of the boxlight projectors are made by sanyo and infocus.
reset the settings to factory default and swap out the cable you are using. if that doesn't work, you need to check the polarizers on the lcd panels. if they are burnt, you'll need to replace them. but since boxlight doesn't sell individial parts to the optical engine, you'll have to replace the whole engine.
