There should be a Reset button on the router somewhere. hold the reset button in while router is powered on fro about 10 secs, failing that hold the reset button in while powering on and off.
once the router is booted you should be able to find the wireless device from you pc and connect to it, if that doesnt work you need to hard cable to it, there should be instructions how to use the web interface of the router.
