Question about Computers & Internet
In had Office installed and working perfectly in my computer but it was stollen. I have a new one now and have reinstalled Office and when I did the updates it said that my product key is not valid. I have an original copy of Office and I don't understand why it doesn't work. Has it got to do with the fact that my stollen computer has Office installed in it? Is there anything I can do?
Microsoft limits the number of installation, you get the back your product key by sending the bar code and your original product key to microsoft, they will verify it and send a valid product key.
