Question about HP w19 19" LCD Monitor
Why does "processing auto config "keep poping up on my montour?
Posted on Dec 14, 2008
Check and see if you can tell that the Brightness and Contrast settibgs change (just like a computer always loadibg default setting everytime you boot up as you might know in that case it's the mother board battery that hols the bios settings) so in this situation the monitors battery might be going dead ( I am totally guessing but how else would it keep the brightness etc etc settings.

SOURCE: processing auto configuration
Check your settings in "Power Options Properties".
Control panel/ power options/ advanced/ under power buttons make sure you have "shut down" when you press the power button on your computer.
I hope I am understanding your problem correctly. If not pls. explain what you mean by and when processing auto config. keeps flashing. Is there a black screen or a windows interface?
