Won't power up .. power supply only showing 7.5 vdc on one line ... no 5 vdc or any other that I can see leaving the power supply board. Maybe you guys have seen this before and could give me a suggestion as to what component failed.

1 Press Setup to enter the setup menu.
2 Press the up/down keys to select GENERAL, press enter, Use up/down keys to selet clock setting. press enter.
3 Move to the field to be edited using the up/down keys
4 use up/down keys to increase or decrease the value of the field.
5 To exit a field using the right/left keys
6 Press return to exit the clock settings menu.
Select time format from the menu and press the right arrow key. Use the up.down key to pick hour mode(12hr or 24 hr).

To change from p-scan back to i-scan with no video picture, mu1 model:
1.turn dvd on with no disc, wait 10 sec.
3.press "down arrow"(selects audio/video)
4.press "enter" (selects audio/video menu)
5.press "down arrow" 4 times (selects scan mode)
6.press "right arrow" (selects scan menu)
7.press "up arrow" (selects interlace mode)
8.press "enter" (should see picture)
Or find a tv with p-scan capability.
