Question about Dell W2607C Television
I have a Dell television model W2607C that does not power up. The power light, which should be blue, is blinking amber.
Check the 27 mhz oscillator on the back of the main board. Resolder of replace it. It causes lots of different blinking amber lights.

Check all of the fuses inside. If none are blown, unplug and hold power button for 20 seconds thus resetting all of the capacitors. Plug in and hold power button for 20 seconds thus powering the capacitors up safely. should work
