My daughter recieved a delstar mp4 player and it worked fine for a few months. She plugged it in to charge, took it off the charger and now it is frozen on a blue screen with an hourglass design. What's wrong and how can it be fixed? Help please

Hit The Reset button 3 times hold the play button press back button 5 times then it will work i promise i had the same problem

youve got to have a kind of computer to put music photos and videos i have a hp computer i open the folder and paste songs and other stuff

My son recieved a delstar mp3/mp4 player for his birthday now he can turn it on but not select anything . A dog pops up then it shuts down. What can we do ?

my ipod shows a blue screen with an hour glass thing in the middle i have tried the holding down the middle and the menu buttons, it didnt seen to work,

I got my daughter a delstar for christmas and it worked for a half of day until we charged it and it went to a blue screen after taking it off charge and now it will not connect back to the home screen it's just blue screen with glass in the middle. I've tryed to use home and computer charger

I charged the Delstar MP4 player and it worked for 2 days, now I can't get the backlight (LED?) to turn on and I cannot see the screen to do anything with it, but I can still listen to the radio, just not download anything to it.

When I charge my Delstar MP3/4 player, I get nothing. I take it off the charger and it it like the battery is dead, even when I hook it up to my computer.
