Question about CAD Microphones GXL2200 Professional Microphone
I hooked it up to my mixer. and cant hear nothing. i hooked my old mic up to see if i was doing something wrong and my old mic worked. what should i do?
You need a 48volt phantom power supply and 2 balanced XLR microphone cables.

Michael is right about the "Phantom Power Supply". You can go to Amazon.com and find lots of them available. While a dynamic mic doesn't use "phantom power" a condenser mic like the GXL2200 absolutely MUST have that power to operate at all.
As for the two cables ... they are just standard XLR male to female cables and one goes from the mis the the power supply while the other goes from the power supply to your mixer.
