Can not align cartridges

we can try and alternative to align the cartridges for that the printer software must be installed on the computer so first of all open the solution center of the printer and now click on the settings tab and then click on printer toolbox now click on align print cartridges and wait for the sheet to print if it prints fine that means that the cartridges are successfully aligned
if still it fails the alignment . then we can try a reset on the printer
so for that press red eye removal button and the print photos button together now it will ask you to enter special key combo so press red eye removal print photos and again red eye removal now it will display the support menu so press right arrow key and go to reset menu and then press ok now go to semiful reset and press ok wait for 2 min poweron the printer and wait for tdhe printer to align the ink hope this will help
