Question about Canon NP 6050 Copier
I have a canon np 4050 machine. when I turn it on, the fuding unit starts to heat properley until the machine becomes ready for the first copy, then the fusing lamp starts to flash as if it can not get complete power to light and heat. when I unpluge the thermostor it lights. I replaced it and the thermofuse also but the problem is still there. I expect the problem now in a board, but what board and what component !! in fact I do not know and need some one`s help ...

I am not 100 percent sure what is happening to your machine after it comes to ready, but I will offer some thoghts.
If it comes to ready and then goes back to a low heat situation. It very well could be the board if it doesnt maintain heat.
Now that being said, once a coiper comes to ready and reaches full heat, it will switch over to pulsating the heat roller, not staying on fully all the time. That is how fusers are designed. Full on until they reach operating temperature, then pulsating to maintain the rollers heat level.
If you are having a problem with the image not fusing to the paper, you may have an issue with the pressure roller not making good contact with the heat roller.
There may be a software setting that needs adjusted to increase the fuser operating temperature.
The flickering heat rod, once the machine reaches ready, seems appropriate.
If you want more of an idea, can you be more specific as to whether the machine is faulting out with an under heating situation, or is the image not fusing to the paper properly?
