Our Eco-Quest Breeze no longer works. I cleaned

Our Eco-Quest Breeze no longer works and won't turn on when plugged in.The ozone plates & filters have been cleaned. The fan motor was replaced already once about 3 years ago. It's about 6 or 7 years old.

I've seen several like that and found the wire connections corroded off. Easy to fix if that's the case. Make sure the unit is UNplugged before taking it apart.

My xl-15 air purifier works but it does not blow out air with the purified smell. I think I see people calling it ozone.bthere used to be what looked to be an illuminated orange light behind the fan. It...

Easy. You need new plates in the machine. They cost about $15 a piece. Google 'ozone plates for XL-15' & sources will come up on where to buy them. Remember to clean the plates every 30-45 days w/ 50-50 solution of ammonia & water & a tooth brush on these plates. Dry thoroughly w/ hair dryer before putting back in machine.

Can't locate parts for Ecoquest Breeze AT in N.Z. I need glass filters.

The plates (which you referred to as filters) are now actually ceramic. Call Vollara customer service (new EcoQuest name) at 800-989-2299. Or go online at https://www.vollara.com/shop/environmental-purity Scroll down to "Full ozone plate single dot." Use dealer referral #16618 if you are no longer in contact with the registered dealer who sold you the machine. You may wish to order several, since I'm sure postage will be high for you.
Make sure you use ammonia/water in a 1/1 ratio to clean the plates, and dry them with air (no towels or cloth.) Do not touch the screen part with your fingers.

I have the living air classic. When I turn it on,

The common things to check are the fuse, and make sure the filter tab is making a connection to the safety switch. You can find the fuse and the filter tab on the back of the purifier. Hope this helps.

No air flow in my ionic breeze model S1853. Just the light is on.

The Ionic Breeze filters air from the room into the front vents and releases ozone through the back vents back into the air. Some models you can put your hand near the back of the machine and feel a slight breeze. If you do not feel any air or the light that is on is red, the magnetic plates that capture the dust, etc. needs to be cleaned. Don't forget to turn the entire unit, after removing the magnetic plates, upside down to clear anything trapped near the bottom.

Fan works but no light on inside the unit.

The most common problem I have found with Breeze ATs not producing ozone is corroded terminal ends. The second most common problem is the coil that energizes the plate. The terminal ends are easily replaced. If the coil is bad, it is my understanding that Ecoquest is no longer servicing the Breeze and I don't know a source for them. Another possibility is that the contacts which touch the plate are not making firm contact.

The ozone generator quit working. What is the problem and where can I get parts ?

You can pull off the rear filter, pull the ozone plates, defeat the safety interlock, turn the unit on, and place a screw driver (holding the plastic handle) one one of the ozone bars, and try to make an arc between the screwdriver and the other bar.

If you get an arc, the ozone plates are dirty. Clean well with a brush and sudsy ammonia. If no arc, either the hv transformer is bad, the main circuit board is bad, or the ozone control is bad.

There's one other thing you can check: The two wires that connect to the ozone bars can arc to the chassis sometimes. You can inspect the insulation on those wires to make sure it is intact.
