Hello!

Stopping the record process is simple. you njust push/press the same button/control you used to start the record process in the first place.

just give it a shot.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

HELP-where is the One Touch Recorder button

I don't know this exact model, but other Panasonic models have similar functions. Usually the OTR option allows you to start recording easily and is not designed to have any other options associated with it. To set timed recordings, there is a sequence of steps required. The OTR is for recording when you are present. I will confirm this with Panasonic and update this.

I dont know whats wrg but when i record its like 1/2 a second late. making the recording off beat.

I use to own a cakewalk, LOl. Mine did that too. After recording you have to align them on the computer. This happens because the sound takes time to process, and by the time it reach the computer it is already a bit behind. You cant fix that. The only thing you can do is correct it by editing. With a little practice you can align them perfectly. Have fun recording.

All LEDs are in constant switched on state(BLUE)

When you plug in the source device and the output device, all of the LEDs light blue, letting you know that the device is ready to capture. When you are ready to capture, simply press the play button on your source device, the Rec button on the Video Transfer, and the LEDs light red, both on the source side and the output side, letting you know that a recording is in process. To stop recording, press and hold the record button and when the lights turn blue, recording has stopped.

When you get done recording, do you wait until the "TOC" light stops flashing? If you cut off power before the Table Of Contents is written, then it can't find all your music. Even if you eject, it should still flash a little red TOC or UPDATE before it spits the disc out. Check for that. okay?

I need to erase the files

Normally, hold down the erase button until the folder begins blinking, then release the button and press it again. You will have to do this for each file in the folder.
