the cool thing about creative products you dont have to have a player to use it. creative players are like hard drives go to my computer when your there plug it in and it should pop up as a hard drive or usb stick you can drag and drop from there and it should still charge while you have it plugged in. you can also get rid of the player you have by uninstalling it and going back to the site or disc and reinstalling if you have to have the player option. if that doesent work then please contact me and i will help out further. currently this is a clarification request cause i dont know if the player option is something you want to have knowing you can just use it as a hard drive.

If windows doesnt recognise it, its pretty easy:

it happend to my gf. just go to the config screen in windows, system managment, computer managment and give your zen a new drive letter (like "X").

The problem we had was that windows gave the zen a letter that was already in use by some other drive.

after doing this, windows wil recognise it.

If it still doesnt work, just uninstall all creative zen stuff (drivers, programs, etc) and reinstall everything.

hope it helps a bit

Emerson LCD TV Model LD190EM1 Sony Blu-Ray Disc Player, Model BDP-S3100, The TV screen gives an error reading "Format not supported" when I connected it using either HDMI connection.

This HDTV is rated display signals up to and including 720P resolution according to the spec linked below. If you are outputting a 1080i or 1080P signal from your BD Player, this could be the cause for the error message. Many HDTVs will accept signals higher than they can display - and simply down-rez to the highest resolution that they can display.

Connect the BD Player to a device that can display the signal. Enter the player's setting and change the output to 720P. Shut it off / disconnect cables as needed and reconnect it to the Emerson HDTV and see if it will display properly.

If it does, you're all done! if it doesn't - there's something else going on that isn't readily apparent to me. Good luck!

I'm trying to watch a 3d movie in my blue ray 3d

First off is your TV a 3D TV. If it is you should be able to go into the menu setting (or on the remote) and change the display from regular TV to 3D. Then your 3D blu-ray player should recognize it.

I CANT PUT VIDEOS ON MY MP3

1. Connect your MP3 player to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The cable hooks into the bottom of the player.
2. Open Windows Media Player on your computer. If your MP3 player is connected properly, the media player will display The Name Of Your Player in its menu. This is where you place your video files.
3. Locate the video file you want to put on your MP3 player and select it by clicking on it with your computer's mouse.
4. Once the video is selected, "drag" the video across the media player to your mp3 players name display on the player.
5. When your player's name display lights up, release the mouse to "drop" the video into your MP3 player's video file.
6. Repeat the process to place additional videos.

Sounds like the firmware has corrupted. Install and run the Firmware Update software from the product CD.

Select the repair option and follow the on-screen prompts. This will re-load the firmware and should get your player working again.
