So far I have checked and the gas and it lights as it should and has a good clean blue flame. The electric side seems to work the best but still not that cold. Have checked for level and it seems to be good.Has no smell or any signs of leakage not sure where to look next?

Electrolux RM212,F, wont cool on gas but appears to be ok on electric.
The flame lights but can only feel a slight chill in the freezer box, and the flame does not seem to adjust with the control.

The igniter needs to be replaced. I had the exact same thing happen to my oven. The igniter would glow, but after tested, it did not have enough amperage to actually ignite the gas, so the gas kept running with no ignition
SOURCE: gas oven will not ignite
It sounds like somebody bypassed the flame sensor on the oven, no oven should ever release gas for more than a couple seconds if there is no ignition. This oven is very dangerous and should not be used until it is looked at by a professional.

Your timer for the automatic defrost is defective. Replace it. If you thawed out the back of the freezer, this could be good for 3-7 days and it will freeze up again. I had the same trouble.

It could be as simple as a blown fuse at the fridge. Also check to make sure you have turned on the electric switch that allows the fridge to run on AC. Note, you can only operate the fridge on EITHER gas OR electric, but not both sources at the same time, thus, you have to turn off the gas switch before you can run on electric.
When this unit is running on electricity, it has to have the thermostat set for it to run.
Here's a link to the Dometic manual for your model.

Just follow the steps for running on electric and you should be OK.
Hope this helps.
