I recently purchase a refurbished c250 and would like to get a user guide.

I have the same problem.

I placed my Sansa c250 on a speaker docking station at a retail outlet. The blue light came on around the center button and nothing else happened. Now that light is on constatnly and I have no power. The unit will not turn on. The salesman said I should plug it into my computer and reset the unit. I have had it plug in for over an hour and the unit is still off.
I don't have a user guide

i recently got this product as a gift. This is my first Mp3 player. i liked it at the first instance because it was handy and all its functions were easy to understand. But within two days while pressing the power up button the entire screen went blank and the lights are glowing all the while. I really dont know how to get the screen back. Plz help in this regard

Go here and download the latest updater.
http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1376
I set mine to never check for updates then do it manually but that is your call.
Install the updater and plug you c250 in.
It will show you any updates for the Firmware AND User Guide.

Note: The firmware updates will be installed on the c250 and the guide will be installed in the folder the updater is in (should give you a link in the start menu)
