Question about Minolta Di3510f Bizhub Copier
The toner was replaced and looks as though it is lined up correctly but I still get the error code. Any ideas. The copier has been powered off and back on after a few minutes.
Turn on and off WITHOUT toner bottle inserted to reset to home position. If message comes back, the toner motor/drive gears are busted. Time consuming repair, be warned!

Tips for a great answer:
mam/sir Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle be careful the hole might be on the bottom toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KUNB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in that KUNB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle if it damage you get a code. If that does not work you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad
