When i try to bring up my acer orbi cam all it says is camera is unplugged. What do i do?

- I have the same problem, I have downloaded the driver but it still doesnt work, looking at the device manager on the system it does not show any image device, what can I do now! Thanks- Janey76

Hey Lizzygurl,

One thing I would recommend straight off is installing updated drivers for your laptop. It's quite simple to d.

Go to http://www.acerpanam.com/flex/acerdrivers/bin/drivers.html?CFID=5315383&CFTOKEN=78274075

This is a driver guide for Acer laptops.

Select Notebook, and then Aspire 5610z. And then from the right hand list, find the appropriate driver. This should fix the issue.

If it still doesn't help, then I would suggest giving Acer a quick call on this issue since it's all internal.
