Make and model would be helpfull. Also where it's broken might be beneficial. We're pretty good but can not see images within your head. Lou

Basic solution is to replace it. You can buy fuel line from any good outdoor power tool store or specialist. Just remove and take your broken fuel line to match up a replacement for size and diameter, cut to length and fit it to replace the broken one. If you are not confident with doing that or not sure how, have the specialist repairer do it for you.

Good Luck!

How do you remove the fuel line from the intake manifold on a Ford Ranger XLT with a 2.9 Litre engine?

Not sure what you are saying that broke.
If the line is plastic and the fitting has no place for a wrench, you use a tool made to release the spring tension inside the connector. AC lines use the same setup.
If the plastic line is broke, you may be able to get a repair kit at your local auto parts store. The fuel line is designed to be replaced all in one piece, not repaired.

Fuel line in tank has come loose, where does it connect inside tank

Some just connect externally to a barb fitting, but usually the fuel line and filter are all one piece. They are a bear to remove and replace because most of the new saws have a built in grommet in the fuel line itself to seal the plastic tank hole as it passes through it. Yours may have broken off inside the tank at the grommet. If so, its time for a new line/filter.

Open fuel tank, pour out fuel on clean flat area (away from any flames or spark sources) then check the 2 plastic hoses inside. One should have a fuel filter on it's end. The plastic these lines are made seams to disintegrate so, filter may not be attached and lines may be broken off. Replace them.

I need to replace a broken fuel pressure regulator line on my 2004 chevy impala. I need to know where the line leads underneath the vehicle

The black plastic line goes to the map sensor - there should be a tee fitting to connect it there. It does not go under the engine or the car.
The steel fuel lines do go under and back to the gas tank.

What do I do if the clamp on the fuel filter is stuck?

There is not much to it, remove the retainer and pull the line off, now if you broke part of the clip then push the fuel line closer to the filter and get a pair of needle nose pliers and remove the broken plastic

Plastic line to filter disintegrated from heat....

Hi, dont know too much about craftsman, I think it's part of Sears so your strimmer will be badge enginered, if it has two fuel lines my guess is it's japanese, fuel line is available at your dealer or local home base store, if the fuel lines just enter the tank through holes try to get rubber pipe, it seals better, although a clear pipe would be better for the return pipe, thats the one that just pokes into the tank, it's perpose is to return fuel to the tank after priming the carb, to ascertain which is which place your finger over each nipple on the carb in turn as you press the primer button, one will **** on your finger and connects to the filter the other blows and is the return, the return pipe only has to just enter the tank, thats all. hope this helps. a new tank will cost a small fortune if it's japanese. hope this helps. regards Tony (England UK)
