Model ATB1932 Water leaking

If you have water issues, odds are there must be a filter in the line somewhere in the unit. They are notorious for developing water leaks. Sometimes it's nothing more than a slightly loose jam nut, other time you wind up replacing the filter, (which is probably a good idea anyway,),and one or both of the fitting assemblies on the ends of the filter casing.

Boston innovative product

The drain for the condensation is plugged causing the leak. Find the drain and unclog it with a metal coat hanger. Let the system dry and see if it continues to make a noise.

I have a customer that has a GE GLD6560L15SS dishwasher. The dishwasher works but it makes a couple odd noises. After it pumps out the water during the cycle when it starts back up it makes a very loud...

Hi Brian.

Clicking noise is often given by the bearing in the spray arm. The part is not expensive, less than one dollar.

The part is indicated as nr 611 in this diagram.

Here also parts and diagrams

GE GLD6560L15SS ' PartSelect

If that is not the problem try to understand if the noise comes from the bottom or from inside the door. If noise comes from bottom of the appliance check pump and drain line. If noise comes from the door it is possibly the control module. Noise from a relay in control module would be quite unusual with this model.

Check if the noise comes from arm bearing, that is the most common problem with this model.

Drainage/Routine Maintenance

This air conditioner produces water during normal

operation. The unit should be drained if it is not

going to be run for an extended period of time.

The unit should also be drained prior to storage

at the end of the cooling season.

To drain the unit, follow the instructions below:

1. Unplug the power cord and roll the unit to a

drain or outside.

2. Pull out the drain cap and allow water

to drain from the unit.
3. Securely replace the drain cap.

Drain hose in floor drain but fills up water bucket

wow, that's a weird one there. just to check, you did turn thr drain connection all the way down and remove the cap? nothing inside the drain connector? the hose is not too small or run too far? is the water coming out of the hose and in to the bucket at the same time if it is I would think ther is an internal leak somewhere and take it back for an exchange if new. good luck let me know if this wasn't any help for ya

Making noise???

If it happens right away on the spin only setting, sounds to be something clogged in the pump....common things bra wires, hair pins, nails, screws..etc. Only way to access the pump is from the rear of the unit reaching through to te front....pain in the but to techs...I'd suggest if it makes the noise and drains slow to have a tech come out and fix your problem....but if you want an adventure unplug unit and empty the water, take the rear panel off and remove the hose from the tub(screw clamp) and reach inside with your fingures and see what you feel...may need to take hose completly off. reassemble and test with an empty load...fill with water and drain...be sure to check for leaks afterwards
