Question about Canon PIXMA MP130 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I put in a new black ink cartridge last week and was working away on my printer. Today I tried to use it and the alarm button was on and in the display window it says to 'put in cartridge'. I opened the printer and made sure the cartridge had not got loose. I have also tried to turn the printer off, unplug from the desktop and reconnected it but I am still having the same problem. I even went out and bought another cartridge to see if this would help, but it didn't. Can anyone help me?
If it says cartridge not installed you need a new printhead. QY6-0054-000 around $50.00

1.On the operator panel, press and hold the <ON/OFF> button for one second. (The display will go blank)
2. Wait aproximately ten seconds then press the <ON/OFF> button again.
3. Wait until the device has completed its cycle befor submitting job request.
