Red alarm wont go off and printer wont print

need more info. is it hooked up usb or parallel? Are you printing from windows or like an AS400 or OS X. What error is the alarm light blinking or just stays on?.

something is blocking it like a paperclip or ball of paper...something not easily seen...clean thoroughly

Go to printer and faxes, right click, printer preferances, page setup ,size , select A5 then paper source select casste 1. then click ok. Feed the paper through cassete 1. Print ready

3 - E mean paper jamed. watch out inside properly some time paper cut stuck inside and its showing.

5. We Switch off the printer, include once again.

Chances are the paper size in the cassette doesn't match the paper size (or alignment) that you've tried to print. Verify the paper and alignment of the paper match what you're trying to print, and that the paper guides in the cassette are locked into position for the size and alignment you're working with.

do you print CD or plain paper, red light is mean jamed paper or change cartridge. Open the top door >press drop ink symbol> look at printer head show on ink ink tray.

open the front door and remove inkl cartridge then check thr is not any paper jam .thn refix the inkmcartridge.

If you pulled the envelope backwards, most probably you moved one of the paper path sensors out of position. Unfortunately, this is something you should not try to fix yourself, but any experienced printer or electronics technician can help.
