This is a fuser error, you can try unplugging the machine and plugging it back in and this might reset the error, however if you try this and the error code pops up again, it could be one of the following which would require having the machine serviced and repaired by a professional. The fuser thermistor could be open or the heater lamp could be open or the thermal fuse that prevents the fuser from overheating could be open.
