It is the carburator if you take off the carburator their is two plates one on each side one is the pump and one is the inlet which has a screen the screen is probably clogged other side is the needle and seat but you will probably fine its the screen

Why wont my z150 snapper start

It sounds very much like the carburetor's float valve is stuck shut, not allowing gasoline to enter the carburetor. Try tapping on the side of the carburetor several times with a screwdriver handle while a helper cranks the engine.

It's also possible that the choke isn't closing for a cold start, or that someone has fiddled with your idle mix screw, turning it fully closed. If you're SURE that nobody has tampered with the idle mix screw, it may be time to pull the carburetor off for a thorough internal cleaning & possibly a rebuild kit.

What would be wrong with my weedeater when i press the primer bulb gas will start to come out of the gas cap ?

You could have a clogged tube from the primer into the carb, but it also sounds like the fuel tank is overfilled.

I installed a cold air intake on my 2010 mustang gt and it stales out and idols funny

1. check for a vacuum leak / bad -cracked hose.
2. check chock and chock linkage.
3. check carb butterflies are free to move fully.
4. check all carb linkage is free when you have your "cold air intake" on and the intake is clear and not obstructed.
5. how dose it run with out the "cold air intake" ?
6. did anything fall into the carb while making the repair?

When starting my 1973gt380 with chock i have to rock to keep running until time to take chock off or till running smoothe.

Sounds as if the choke is not engaging correctly. It is most probably worn and does not close fully and by rocking it you manage to keep it shut. Just check it, without starting it and see how much play you have when it is on. Good Luck
