you need to clean the outside edge of the disk at the bottom of washer and put high heat silicone around the outside edge and let it dry 24 hours before use, if it still doesn't drain all the way ,you will have to replace the disk. I have repaired many of these . good silicon should do it.
If nothing obvious like blocked / obstructed outlet pipe
You need to check if the outlet pump motor in line with the outlet hose is spinning when in the outlet mode. First check if it is spinning by looking at it and see if the small fan is spinning FREELY. If it is turnning this means that it has power and the internal "impeler" that pushes the water out has become loose. Remove the pump (easy job) and repair. If it does not spin you need to determine if the 2 push on terminals have power on. If there is voltage and the motor does nut spin this indicates that the pump motor is open circuit and must be replaced.
Following a cycle, a small pool of clean water inside the tub is
typical. Excessive water means the pump isn't pumping water out
properly, the drain hose isn't carrying it to the drain pipe, or the
house's drain lines are backed up. If dirty water spews from the air
gap, the drain line is kinked or clogged. Note: If you've recently
installed a garbage disposer, be sure the knockout plug for the
dishwasher was removed when the connection was made (see your disposer
instructions).
hello, if you washer is not or isn't fully draining that sounds like
something might be in the pump.Icheck for any hose blockage as well.If
there is a bad smell that might be dirt or a peice of clothing or
anything. so my suggestion is to check your drainage hose, the pump or
maybe try even to syphan out the pump which means put the drainage hose
in a bucket lower than the washer or your drainage is higher than the
washer. good luck...
Check disposer plug. If a garbage disposer has been recently installed, it is possible the disposer drain plug was not removed. The drain plug is a plastic piece in the disposer that blocks the hole where the dishwasher hose connects. Also check the hose connected to the disposal. Mine apparently had a kink in it. When I straightened the hose the dishwasher drained at full speed (I recently had a plumber re-route a hot waterline. He must has bent the hose). Hope this helps. If not go to the GE website. That's where I found my answer.
