Hi,
Use a moist cotton cloth and clean the rollers with it. If still it doesnot pick the full paper the feed roller and sensor assembly is bad and needs repair or replacement.
Thanks for using Fixya

Hi,
The unit may have a paper jam or stuck object inside, if you
have experience a paper jam error before, check the printer for any
object or paper stuck inside, clean roller.
Some error like this can be a problem on the feeder sensor and by this time you may need to replace and repair the unit.
Hope this initial info helps
Are you looking for help from someone specific? I am trying to find a schematic of this machine now for you. I assume you have already tried unplugging the machine entirely for a few minutes, then replugging?
Thanks

Have only occasionally had a paper jam an it was easily removed. Where is the sensor feed? Is it the 2 white prongs where the paper is stacked and the prongs are about 2 to 3 inches apart?.You can move the white prongs back and forth. Are you reffering to the 2 small gray rollers(one larger than the other) as needing to be cleaned? They look pretty clean. The larger gray roller is attatched to the end of 6 or 7 inch round white roller that can be rotated by hand. Can not seen anything broken or bend. When a piece of paper is pulled down into the printer and then stops its feed and the printer is going through the print cycle, the large gray wheel does not turn at all or feed the paper. Could it be there is some small piece of paper trapped somewhere deep inside the printer? Cannot see any paper obstruction in the long outlet roller and it turns fine when the printer is going through its cycle. Wish there was a diagram somewhere that I could actually look where these parts are located
Printer is about a year old
Thanks for any further help.
