Question about Mtd 22" Yard Machine Push Mower

Yarn Machine 500 series won't start

It's practically new. I think it's been used once that I know of. One problem could have risen when I put older gas in it, but that has since been replaced with new gas and oil and it won't start. There is some black oil coming out of the side (not sure what the part is called) where the air comes out if it is running I got it to almost start and some black smoke came out and there was also some oil leaking a bit out of the same area. ???

Any ideas??

You didn't store it on it's side or one end did you? It has to be stored wheels down. Sounds like you have oil on the wrong side of the piston.

Take the spark plug out and pull the rope a few times to push out any oil in the cylinder. Clean the plug so it is nice and dry, make sure it is gapped correctly. Put it back in and tighten. Another thing to check is the carburator bowl, it could be full of water from the old gas. There is a plug/bolt that holds it on the bottom, take that out, remove the bowl and clean it. Be gentle as you do not want to damage the "O" ring that seals the bowl to the carburator OR the float that is hanging down in the bowl. If gas is running out with the bowl off, that is good because it tells you the float valve is open and nothing is blocking the line. You can have someone hold the float up (GENTLY) to shut the valve while you are cleaning the bowl or put a rag under it that can also prop the float up to stop the flow, either way some gas is going to leak so be careful and don't set yourself and the place on fire. Or you can empty the tank before you start, your choice.

Where air comes out when it is running, hot air, is called the exhaust and that tube/pipe/cylinder thing is called a muffler AND IT IS HOT when running.

How do I make a bobble k1 yfwd k1 twice =5 how do I knit into 1 stitch

K1 Yarn forward K1, K1Yarn forward K1 all into the next one stitch. This will make 5 stitches out of one on the right pin. I would then slip, one at a time is easier, those five back onto your left pin and knit them back onto the right pin. Knit these five stitches on the right pin (that you have just created out of 1 stitch) all together which will bring you back to the original stitch. Lots of different ways to make this stitch. Don't forget that by putting your Yarn fwd (nearest to your body) then knitting a stitch it will make one of your five. Some patterns say yon or Yarn over needle. Exactly the same stitch. Hope I haven't made this too confusing. It's a fiddly stitch but just practice.

How to change the graphics card software in acer aspire desktop....

You'll just have to know what kind of graphics card expansion slot you have. Older systems have AGP slots & newer ones have PCI-Express. This will help you decide which type of card to install.

Once past that, you would have to physically open up the CPU tower case while the machine is off & unplugged from the power. If it has an existing graphics card, it will have to be removed & the new one will be installed in its place. If you had been using onboard video, make sure to plug the monitor data cable to the NEW video card's VGA slot.

Everything practically plugs into ONE SLOT & only goes in ONE WAY. so if it does not fit, then it's being placed incorrectly. After putting it back together, just restart the machine & insert the installation CD that came with the new video card & follow the program instructions.

Please take note that it may require that the software and drivers previous display adapter will have to be removed first.

Can I use dryer balls and/or dryer sheets in the kenmore steam dryer?

Things You'll Need:

* Wool yarn
* Scissors
* Crochet hook
* Pantyhose or sock

Make the Core Ball
Wrap some of the yarn around your fingers.
2. Take your fingers out of the loop you created and close the hole by pulling the yarn through it.
3. Wind yarn around the loop until you form a ball about 2 inches in circumference.
4. Cut the yarn attached to the ball using the scissors. Try to leave a little excess yarn dangling from the ball.
5. Grab the excess piece of yarn with the crochet hook and tuck it inside the ball to prevent the ball from unravelling during the felting process.
Primary Felting
6. Put the core ball into the pantyhose or sock, and tie the open end in a knot. (If you are felting more than one core ball at a time, you can separate them within the pantyhose or sock by twisting the fabric in between the balls before tying the knot.)
7. Put the pantyhose or sock containing the core ball into the washing machine with a load of laundry.
8. Remove the ball from the pantyhose or sock when the cycle is complete. It should now be slightly felted. To increase felting, simply repeat this process.
Enlarge the Ball
9. Wrap more yarn around the felted core ball to increase its size. It's all right if you make the dryer ball a little big at first, since it will shrink over time as you use it. A good initial size to make a dryer ball is around 9 inches in circumference.
10. Cut the yarn with the scissors once you have made the ball the appropriate size. Try to leave a little excess yarn dangling from the ball.
11. Tuck the excess yarn inside the ball with the crochet hook. This will prevent it from unravelling when in use.
Secondary Felting
12. Put the dryer ball into the pantyhose or sock, and tie the open end in a knot.
13.Put the pantyhose or sock into the washing machine with a load of laundry.
14. Remove the ball from the pantyhose or sock when the cycle is complete. The dryer ball should now be felted and ready for use the next time you do laundry.

I'm feeling really stupid but I can't seem to feed the wool through the yarn feeder. I'm trying to do a practise piece of work on a Singer 326 knitting machine which I have just aquired.Help! Lyn

right now then just check you are not using too thicker yarn.. and that you have not got the tension disk too tight it may help you to loosen them off completely so you can then thread it through then tighten them to the required tension, also once you manage to thead it up never take the yarn out break it bear to the floor and tie a little knot with ends clipped close and just pull the new colour through it a good cheat! You should firstly lay the yarn in the place in needs to go between the two disks then pull down a little but more to the side it should be to the side away from the centre of the bed on which ever mast your threading up.. it should click and then run freely, hope this helps...Heidi

The drive belt on my kitchen pro breadmachine has broken. Its a toothed belt and I have not got the model #

Is it a Regal Kitchen Pro? If so, it should say so on the housing of the machine.

Follow the instructions on how to measure for a belt below. I used yarn because it gives a little, and just using a measuring tape would not give as precise a measurement.

Remove the safety cover from the bottom of the machine, exposing the wheel and drive shaft (it's easy, that's all you will see, those two parts) and run yarn around them, pull it snug, knot it, cut the yarn, remove the yarn, stretch the yarn a little on a measuring tape or yardstick, that is the length belt you need. If your machine is a k6725 it will measure 23 and a half inches. Proceed as below.

If the measurement is different, you have a different model, maybe. Google the measurement you get and the words bread machine belt, and see what you can find. Good Luck, read below how I fixed my Regal machine, which I got for free, with an Oster belt, for $14.90.

My Regal Kitchen Pro 6725 Breadmaker belt was in tiny rotten pieces...I wound a piece of yarn around the wheel and drive shaft (lie the machine on a kitchen counter, lid open and hanging down off of the counter, bottoms up, and remove the screws from the teardrop shaped brass colored safety cover, remove the cover and expose the wheel and drive shaft) pull the yarn tight and knot it. Then cut the yarn about an inch from the knot. Measure the yarn when pulled on a little. Mine measured 23.5"....I then googled bread machine belt 23.5" and up came one for an Oster Bread Machine (The one I was repairing was a Regal Kitchen Pro 6725) from located at 2 De Bush Ave Unit A8 Middleton, MA 01949
It was $7.95 for the belt, $6.95 S & H to a VA address, total cost $14.90 so I decided to give it a shot. When it got here, I removed the safety cover, held the machine up and shook as much of the old rotten rubber belt pieces out as I could, and replaced the belt by placing it over the sticky string on the drive shaft and teasing it over the wheel. It is an exact fit. Be sure the ribbed side of the belt is down against the wheel. Screw the cover back on and run it through a dough cycle so that the belt will get coated with the sticky stuff from the sticky string on the drive shaft. Until the belt is coated, it will turn the mixing blade, but it will slip. Hope this helps. Patti
