Question about Polaris Pb460 Polaris Booster Pump Replacement O - Ring

Wiring on my Polaris booster pump came loose and I don't know where to put the wires. I have one purple and one orange wire. Pump operates on 110 volts. Any thoughts?

The label on the motor has a wiring diagram for both 110 and 220

I am replacing an older polaris pb4-60 with a new polaris pb4-60...when moving the power cord to the new pump i have 3 wires, a green, black and yellow...I know the green is the ground, but which poles do...


if across the black and yellow you have 220 volts ac then wiring from factory ok black to L1 yellow to L2 and green to ground or case if 120 volts see side of motor for wiring

Can you send a scematic showing how to wire an intermatic pool pump timer to a polaris intermatic timer so that when the pool pump shuts off so will the polaris pump yet the polaris timer clock continues...


No. I don't have a wiring schematic without knowing what voltage you are using, specifically what Intermatic timer you have, specifically what wires you have coming from breaker box, what wires are on the pump, and what pump rating plate says, what the wiring diagram shows on side of pump, whether you are wiring a 2-speed pump to a single-speed timer, specifically what is the polaris timer clock, and why this pump needs two timers if that's what you mean.

Looking for wiring instructions for the pb4-60 booster pump


if this is for your polaris booster pump they all have to screws to attach the wires if you have 220 volts it won't matter which wire goes where the longes the pump is rated for 220 volts if you have 120 volts pump is the same just make sure your wires are for 120 volts it won't meter which wire goes on which side just make sure you use L1 AND L2

Looking for wiring instructions for the replacement polaris pump motor. It says it is wired for 240 and I need the configuration for 120. It is polaris booster 3/4 hp pump.


The diagram on the side of the pump shows how it sould be wired for low volatge. I'm having a problem wiring for high volatge and posted the diagram. Use the link to access.
