Because of a hard disk crash, I needed to reinstall Active sync. The computer was upgraded to Windows XP SP2. Now when I connect my Genio, the option to sync appointments, contacts and tasks is unavailable. I can sync my inbox. (fyi, I also sync with anotherh computer and that has continued to work fine.) I have tried reinstalling, deleting partnerships and reestablising them, and soft-resetting the Genio.
