-   I have the same problem. The little wheels have one flange larger than the other so I try to put the larger side closer to the side of the dishwasher, don't know if that helps or not. I also noticed the plastic is all rough and pitted, I wonder if you can get replacement wheels, whether they would stay on any better? Either way, mine has been doing ok with three runners for a while, I just retrieved two from the bottom of the machine, have no idea where the other three went! -   celosia
