I plug Clarity into Time Warner cable box (output Red & Wht). No sound. Cable box is Explorer 8240HDC. Time Warner tech says that the outputs will not work when using HDMI cable, as I am doing. I don't believe that because a friend of mine also has the Clarity C120 and his works just fine. The only difference: His cable box is Explorer 8300...
Once, I rebooted the HD box and the Clarity C120 worked. That night I turned everything off. Next day, no sound from Clarity. I am using the mic right now but that is not good because it also picks up room noise and I'm trying to drown out my sister-in-law's voice....
