My son dropped my 32'' inch LG lcd tv now it won't

It probably has a cracked circuit board. If you want to repair it on your own open it up and see if you can find where that cracked section is and see if you can resolder it back properly.

I have a Bush 42"

The screen is the most expensive part of the TV.

This plus engineers cost would be not cost effective.

It would be worth getting a quote but more than likely getting a new TV would be better.

My son crack the LCD glass on his 204T SyncMaster

The glass of the panel is glued or welded to the LCD wafer below, it cannot be replaced separately. Since the panel is the most expensive part of an LCD monitor, its probably the cheapest option to just get a new monitor - spare part ordering and extensive manual work required for the change simply outweighs the remaining value of the monitor.

Cracked screen

A new panel is $400 (not including labor). A new 32" LCD is $299. You would have to get it repaired by the manufacturer, as those panels are only available in large quantities.
