Did you open the case up and do a general inspection. Things to look for:

Is the CPU installed correctly and tight?
Is the RAM installed correctly? Are they the right type?
Is there another PCI cards? If so, make sure they are inserted tightly.
Are the power cables for the mother board attached correctly.
Look at all the unused power connectors for drives. Make sure the metal part are not touching anything conductive.

Good luck.

Dell optiplex gx520 wont turn on

This is most likely the power supply. You may be able to take it to a store like best buy for testing.

I have a Dell Optiplex GX520 m/c, when we switch it on, it's on/off switch light keeps blinking in Orange mode.

blinking power button indicates a low or missing voltage problem. This can be caused by a defective power supply or a defective motherboard. Just to make sure that nothing else is causing the problem, remove any PCI cards like modem, video card, sound card, etc... Remove the memory modules and disconnect cables to CD/DVD drives. Look at the USB ports to see if any are damaged.

DELL GX 520 Motherboard power led is orange, power button led is orange, the fun is running, no beep, no display....somebody help me with this dell gx520. sometimes it displays 3 and 4 lights on the front...

you should replace the motherboard or the power supply of your computer. to determine which one to replace is a simple test. disconnect all that is connected to the motherboard and if the problem is still there, then the problem is the motherboard.

THe pc gives a steady orange light when power

Sounds like its in either standby or hibernate. Try unplugging it if it wont power on, press the power button, wait for 2 minutes then plugging it back in then turn it on. Afterwards, go into power managment, and find where it asks what do when you press your power button change from hibernate/standby to ask what to do.
