After pushing the power on button everything inside the system is working. The HDD, the fans and the CD/DVD is running. I have tested the grafic card in another system. It is OK. I have put out each of the SD Ram modules. The problem is the same. No beep sound and screen. What can this be? The board, the CPU, bios or Power sypply? How can I find what the problem is?
Many thanks for your solution!
It could be power supply, processor or the motherboard.
Try first with the power supply. Then try changing the processor.
I guess that you have problems with the processor.

medion ms-7091. problem is bsod when plugging in any usb device. front two usb slots are dead, card reader is dead. formatted and reinstalled windows xp hone on new hdd. can now use rear usb devices but still intermittent crashes. what do you suggest. I suspect moard fault. I would rather get a new moard with better specs, and use existing, very good, hardware. What m-atx board would you recommend. Thanks in advance, Paddy.
