Question about Toshiba PDR-3310 Digital Camera
Just bought a new Dell laptop with Vista. I keep getting an instruction that I need to load the driver. The disc that came with the PDR3310 must not have the current driver for Vista. Toshibs keeps sending me to different divisionsand I have found anything on their website.
Sorry, but we are all screwed with the Toshiba PDR-3310. They discontinued the camera and never upgraded to Vista so if you can even find a fix for the XP version, good luck. It seems that Toshiba does not want to provide any assistance or customer service when it comes to their products that are older.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
