I have some of these phones that do not work, is there some sort of hard reset that I can try on these before I go thru the hassle of trying to get a rep to warranty or replace them.

ApprenticeThe Mitel IP phone downloads its firmware from the 3300 ICP on startup, You need to spesify what the phone is doing, ie does it start up at all or is the phone Dead,
If the phone does start it might have the wrong settings in the phone preventing it from finding the 3300 ICP, There is a Default to factory setting by interupting the phone on bootup.
