If the fan is not working, your computer will not start sometime. Try cleaning the fan with hand held vacuum cleaner. and restart the computer. Before you clean the fan, remove the batteries and power cable from the computer.
This is an issue with all windows based computers. It is quite normal. you have 2 options: Get a desktop with a flatscreen lcd monitor or buy a mac. Mac laptops have the crispest clearest screen I have seen so far on any laptop.
There is a problem with the memory module. You have to open the computer and reseat (take out, put back in) the memory module. If your not comfortable in doing this, I suggest going to a local technician for help or anybody who knows how to do it. If reseating doesn't work, try putting in a known good memory module. If it works, then replace the memory module, if not, could be the mother board that's giving out on you.
Tricky to say without not opening it up. Sounds like one of the wires has come loose or it can be something more. press down by the left hinge, cables come through there and by pressing you can see if it is a loose connection Please rate our solutions and if you still have problems please call back for more ideas to help you

This is a common problem with all DJ's I know. Sometimes this is due to the fact INADVERTLY one connects powered equipments to the jack. The card is OK, but the jack gets fried. One nice solution is using USB sound cards (the ones that resembles Pen-Drives) and be in business again.
Hi, I'm not sure if that is a built-in feature of the Aspire 3000 (AS3004WLCI) but not in your Aspire 5634WLMI but I think that it is an add-on software utility. You may want to try this http://www.nonags.com/nonags/emn.html. It offers freeware E-Mail Notification software flashing scroll-lock light. Hope this works for you. Please let me know how things turn out. Regards.
