check for paper jam , cartridges if everything is OK , still the problem persists it is the service error take it to the service centre to the technician

everything has a service life and it could be a possible part that is wearing out and needs replacing

yes actually there is. the parts its talking about is the inkpad, you can send this over to an epson certifies servicer in your are to have inkpad change and they will reset the counters for it. go this link and look for a servicer near your place
