Windows movie maker will not burn to DVD. Says to insert new blank DVD. I do, and it comes right back with the same error. Running Vista

As you may be aware, Movie Maker doesn't natively burn DVDs. Or Video CDs (VCDs), which are playable by any DVD Players, but are of significantly lower quality than DVD.
What do you need to into DVD? How about
MyDVD is the easiest and direct route, requiring little or no format conversion.

try to find the file that the movie is on, and drag it to the dvd drive folder. Or open file in media player and burn from there
