My winbook 330 will not turn on. I have the power

It probably fails to turn on because the battery is drained. If it won't charge, first check the charger. Make sure it is working and putting out power. If it is working, then it could be the charging port in the Winbook, because it should power up with the charger plugged in regardless of the battery state.

Without seeing it, I'd guess the power unit might have failed, or it could be the motherboard. Modern computers have a system management controller you can try resetting, but on a 15 year old laptop I don't know what the equivalent would be, if it even exists. If it's the motherboard chances are it'll be cheaper to buy a new computer.

Make sure that the kindle is fully charged. Plug your kindle into the wall charger, a yellow light will light up. When the yellow light turns green, your kindle is fully charged. Then try turning on your device. If the device still does not turn on, hold the power switch for 15 seconds, this will reboot the device.

If it is a rechargeable battery, it may be bad. Start with that first. If your camera will accept standard AA batteries try those too. (just to test) Your 330 requires a LI42B or LI40B battery.

Check the proper audio and WLAN drivers from the vendor and install.

turn off remove the battery
plug in charger and see if laptop turns on
fiddle with cord to see if laptop cuts off. If so you need a new charger or
the jack in the laptop has a short.

If if stays on the battery may be bad

Check your power adapter if it is still working. Try taking out the battery and plugin the power adapter and see if its gonna turn on.

my laptop is not charging. when i inserted the power cable, it is showing as charging, after a minute, it is saying that it is not changing

If you are seeing the blue light blink and then go off, the headset is powered on. The blue light does not continuously flash while the headset is powered up. Try making a phone call or pairing the headset to your phone to see if it recognizes that you are trying to use it.
