Question about Philips HTS3450 System
A. Power off and on the unit
b. Select Disc
c. Press and hold STOP button on your remote ( the disc tray will open )
d. press 9,9,9,9,0
e. Now your DvD is Region 0

Sorry - every Philips model has a region it was marketed for, and dvd's from other regions will not work without an illegal hack (if one exists).
